Terms of Service

By using evernovah.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We describe products as accurately as possible. Lab-grown gemstones and moissanite are man-made stones and are not natural diamonds or mined gems. Slight color variation due to screens, normal craft marks, and tiny measurement tolerances may occur and are not defects.

Moissanite & lab-grown testing

Standard diamond testers often cannot correctly identify moissanite or some lab-grown stones. Our pieces may be accompanied by a GRA or other certificate as stated on the product page. Claims that a stone is “fake” or not as described are not accepted without a written report from a certified gemologist.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors.

Custom orders

Custom pieces are produced after design approval and payment, and are subject to the exceptions in our Returns policy.

Intellectual property
