Processing time

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom pieces ship once production is complete; we confirm the timeline with your quote.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Standard international delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Every order includes tracking, sent to you by email.

Customs & duties

Import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If a shipment is refused, held, or returned because duties or taxes were unpaid, you remain responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees. Refunds, if any, are for the product price minus those fees.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel appears lost or unreasonably delayed, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.

If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will replace or refund it.
