30-day returns

Not in love? Return unworn items in their original condition and packaging, with certificates, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. No restocking fees.

How to return

Email hello@evernovah.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and provide the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. For change-of-mind returns, use a trackable shipping method.

Who pays return shipping

Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover return shipping. Change of mind: you cover return shipping and any customs duties or fees on the return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.

Custom & engraved

Custom, engraved, or resized pieces are final sale for a change of mind. If a piece arrives defective, or differs from the design or size you approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Minor imperfections

Slight color variation due to screens, normal craft marks, and tiny measurement tolerances are not considered defects.

Refused delivery & unpaid customs

If a package is refused, returned by customs, or undeliverable because duties or taxes were not paid, you are responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees. Any refund will be for the product price minus those fees.
